Allergy Testing is a simple method of identifying and treating symptoms of illness.
Allergies/intolerances have become more common in recent years. Changes in the
Western diet (i.e. food/chemical additives, diets high in yeast and sugar, environmental
pollution), together with leading busy, stressful lives puts our bodies under extreme
pressure. It is then extremely hard for the body to maintain good health, the immune system becomes weakened, which then leads to ill-health and the possible occurrence of allergies and intolerances.

Method of Testing

A non-invasive approach called Applied Kinesiology is used to test for intolerances. It involves a series of muscle resistance tests using the patient's arm. It is a completely safe procedure, totally painless and can be used to test anyone from babies to the elderly.
